💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the rules regarding payments and refunds for St. View International School, Pune.

1. Fee Payments

All payments made to St. View International School through Razorpay or any other mode are final.
Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in specific cases mentioned below.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error.
• Payment made by mistake with valid proof.
• Admission cancellation before the commencement of the academic year, as per school policy.

In such cases, refund requests must be made in writing to accounts@stviewinternationalschool.com within 7 working days of the transaction.

3. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used.
Refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days after approval.
Transaction charges or payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. No Refund in Certain Cases

• No refund will be given once classes have commenced or after admission is confirmed.
• No refund will be issued for partial attendance or absence due to personal reasons.
